ADDITIONAL COVID SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Competitors & spectators must not arrive to the venue any earlier than 30 minutes prior to their section starting, and must leave the venue immediately at the conclusion of their section/s, to make way for the next section of dancers & spectators.

2. All adults (spectators, teachers, parents, adjudicators, event staff) will have their temperature taken on arrival.

3. Every person onsite will need to fill out their contact details before being allowed in the venue.

4. Every person will be required to apply hand sanitiser & follow all social distancing requirements as set out by TUDC & Stella Maris.

5. A maximum of 90 spectators in the audience.

6. At the conclusion of each section, every person must vacate the theatre for compulsory cleaning by the venue.

7. All dancers must arrive ready with hair & make-up done, and wearing their first costume.

8. Dancers will be allocated to a change room- maximum 16 dancers per change room space (we have 2 change rooms available)

9. No teachers or parents are allowed backstage or in the dressing room.

10. Dancers will be kept in the change room (not in the wings) until they are called to dance by TUDC staff.

11. All dancers must bring a water bottle with their name clearly marked to avoid sharing.

12. Adjudicators are not permitted onto the stage, and will need to adjudicate from their allocated desk to abide by social distancing.
